Event Rules
  1. Respect Personal Space
    • Be mindful of others’ boundaries. Cosplay is not consent—always ask before taking photos or interacting physically with someone.
  2. Support the Restaurant – Minimum Rs.2000 Purchase
    • To support the venue hosting our event, we require a minimum purchase of Rs.2000 per person on food and drinks. Outside food is not allowed. Enjoy the delicious menu and help us continue organizing great anime meetups!
  3. No Smoking/Alcohol
    • To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees, smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited at our events.
  4. Be Mindful of Others
    • Treat fellow anime fans with kindness. Avoid disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or anything that may make others uncomfortable.
  5. Stay Safe On The Premises
    • Follow venue safety protocols, and be aware of your surroundings. If you see anything unsafe, report it to an organizer immediately.
  6. Discuss Anime Respectfully
    • We love passionate anime debates, but keep discussions friendly. No gatekeeping, harassment, or belittling others for their anime preferences.
  7. Share Files in Small Portions
    • If you’re sharing anime-related content, please do so in small portions and within legal limits. Avoid large file transfers that may slow down the network.
  8. Report Concerns to Organizers
    • If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, report it to an event organizer or admin immediately. We’re here to help!
  9. No Outside Food
    • To support our partnered vendors and maintain cleanliness, outside food is not allowed at events unless stated otherwise.
  10. Don’t Steal The Chocolates 🍫

Where do I sign up for the Anime meetup?

There is no signup process but we do provide a link for RSVPs for every event.

Are there any fees?

We do not collect any fees but we do encourage you to support whatever place where we hold the event with your patronage. (i.e. If we hold it at a restaurant, please buy something from them.)

So are we! Just don’t spoil those who only watch the anime. Don’t hesitate to join our events and be part of our community, we welcome everyone with open arms

Absolutely NOT. Feel free to walk in as long as you RSVP!
